Full-Time Legal Secretary (Entry Level and Experienced)

As a Legal Secretary on one of our litigation teams, your duties would include:

  • Client contact
  • Docket outgoing documents and update case details in firm case management software
  • Update attorney calendar as needed
  • Schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings
  • Type, file, organize, transcribe tapes, generate routine form letters
  • Schedule and coordinate all schedules (i.e. book reporter and videographer)
  • Send confirming letters and/or prepare notices
  • Filing court documents including summons, complaints, motions, and other pleadings

Full-Time Litigation Medical Assistant

Our firm is seeking an exuberant, tireless and eager candidate to join our Litigation teams as a Litigation Medical Assistant.

The ideal candidate for the Litigation Medical Assistant will support the Litigation teams and should have a Medical/Legal background. This team member’s task will involve ordering and reviewing medical records and accurate data tracking.

All applicants must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, have keen attention to detail, great communication skills, professional, focused, organized and willing to learn.

Full-Time Receptionist

Reception is the epicenter of our firm, and our first opportunity to show our clients our commitment to them. We are looking for someone who embodies our professional and compassionate culture. In this position, you will develop your communication and organizational skills as well as learn the daily operations of a successful law firm.

A brief overview of major responsibilities includes:

  • Greeting Clients
  • Routing incoming phone calls to appropriate department
  • Routing mail to appropriate destination
  • Maintaining conference room schedules
  • Filing
  • Clerical tasks
  • Other special tasks and assignments as needed


The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, highly motivated team player, organized, efficient, and detailed oriented. Spanish speaking is a plus.
